I'd help, but I am at work. It seems to me though that finding bandit caves is pretty easy - I mean, just pick a direction and walk. You are bound to come across one sooner or later.

I want that $20 dollar Strategy guide...
Strategy guides are only useful for RPGs in my opinion. All other games I can do on my own.
Can't help you capsblueberry, still at level 4 cause of real life . I smite thee life.

Can someone tell me how to find the thieves guild? I only play an hour or two a day and dont have much time to find out... PM me if you dont wanna drop spoilers or the forums..
or tell me if I'm on the right track:
I either have to go to jail and make contacts there, or get REALLY friendly with a few beggars or something...

Glass armor, eh? Haven't gotten there myself, but when I used to play Morrowind, I wanted Ebony armor for my House Redoran leader.

This is one of those cases where you really want to use a strategy guide...saves all the hassle, and that what you should dish out $20(US) or so on, capblueberry.

to get in contact with the thieves guild just get the beggars to like you as much as possible (need to bribe them as well if you just play the mini-game to get them to like you enough) and they will tell you what you need to know.
about finding dungeons etc, if you just walk/run between any two towns, even sticking to the main roads, you will see buildings that arent on your map, just explore them and you will find plenty to fight

I am going over to my friend's home this Friday night. I want to see this game on his system. Since he told me the new 7600GT OC vid card is awesome....he is running the game Full Bore! No slowdowns...very beautiful graphics wise.

Oblivion is awesome. I'm playing it on PC and haven't seen any bugs. The huge explorable world is great. The dungeons are atmospheric and very well done. The combat is a lot of fun and it's pretty cool to fight off a skeleton or an ogre and survive by blocking properly and attacking when theres an opening.
As for finding glass armor. I'm lvl 12 and haven't seen any glass yet. A lot of the loot is random (just like opening a GW chest, you don't know what you'll find) so finding some glass armor or a elven longsword may take awhile.... all you can do is keep looking. The cool thing is you'll find some other nifty loot that you weren't expecting to find.
Sorry to hear your hamster died. :/
